AACM Membership Overview – Individual Member
Proudly Supporting Arizona’s Community Management Industry since 2003!
Who We Are
Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) is a non-profit professional trade organization that represents the Community Management Industry in Arizona. Our membership is comprised entirely of community management companies, community managers, and community service providers (Affiliate Partners) serving Arizona. Homeowner Association Boards can feel confident when they choose an AACM Management Company Member to manage their communities. AACM’s Certification Program, Standards of Membership, and Code of Ethics, along with outstanding Affiliate Partners, creates a win-win for Arizona Communities.
Education is Key
To increase the professional management of Arizona’s communities, AACM’s Education Program provides an Arizona specific curriculum for our Management Members and their staff.
AACM’s CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) and CAASP (Certified Arizona Association Support Professional) designations signify that the management industry professional is trained to address the issues that arise when managing community associations. The designations are earned by management company professionals. AACM’s continuing education to maintain their certification helps ensure all CAAMs and CAASPs have the updated information needed to perform at the highest levels.
AACM Legislative Work & PAC
Within legislative circles, legislators view AACM as the “voice of reason” and a valuable resource within the Community Management Industry.
ACCM PAC is a non-profit, non-partisan, state political action committee of Arizona Association of Community Managers. It was created to support the community management industry in Arizona, to help pursue a stronger advocacy role, and to achieve greater political strength for Arizona’s community managers.
